I feel like I got a lot done today. I got my Avon corner sort of organized and sorted a bunch of books (2 Avon boxes to donate). Then watched the Titans pull yet another one out of their asses, this one in OT no less. (Rob Bironas ROCKS!)
I feel like I have a lot I need to do still. Most of my remaining to-do list deals with planning: my 1Q Avon business plan, my household finances plan, my job search plan for when this contract job ends, my writing plan for the year…
I signed up for WriYe, a sort of post-Nano endeavor to keep the writing mojo going for the other eleven months. I committed to writing 125,000 words during 2010, which includes finishing this year’s Nano novel as well as my previous unfinished Nano novels. I also want to write some short stories, because I really love that form. And some of the people I met in October at the South Carolina Writers Workshop inspired me to try my hand at poetry.
Time’s marching forward, though. I need to get on with my planning if I want 2010 to be more productive than 2009.
